I have been doing photography as a hobby for over 45 years and when I switched from conventional film to digital my photography increased exponentially. The new aps that are coming out on a monthly basis provide new and creative ways to alter and edit photos that in the past would be very time consuming. In the past I would primarily shoot photos during vacations but now I am finding the contests motivate me to shoot on the weekends.
