Christina McBride

I am a former equine enthusiast and the chief photographer/editor for ineffable scapes. My background is as blurry as some of my early photos. In my early travels, I was forever in search of the perfect souvenir as a token reminder of our family vacations which were few and far between at the time. I quickly learned that the memories were much more valuable than the ornaments and magnets. I once purchased a camera to sell my own house post-divorce, sans realtor, (also a blurry time) and finally decided to start using that camera to capture these special memories and never let them fade away. As with the rest of my life (a perfectionist at heart), I am in a continuous pursuit of learning and perfecting my photography. In addition to some awesome souvenirs, I have conquered a few of my lifelong fears along my journeys. I may have climbed straight up 2,748 steps and taken 3 attempts to reach the Spire despite an ever present fear of heights and I may have suffered a severely sprained wrist after “skating” down a sheet of ice but not even that could slow by camera shots. I am easily distracted by pretty flowers and miniature animals, including vacation squirrels, but I never grow tired of capturing these moments (and including all of them as our TV screensavers at home)! After 10 years of working on my art, COVID hit and I learned how much joy the captures bring. As my family and I longed for travel and to see new landscapes, we decided to launch our first business to share photos with the world who may be in search of the same need for the serenity and inspiration the landscapes bring to me.
