My name is Krzysztof Czernecki. After many years in a professional high level security business I have turned towards my passion and stepped into portrait and still life photography. The Christopher Photography has been created. The Camera that has been a surveillance tool suddenly had become a way of creating a fine portrait. Edward Steichen said that portrait is made on either side of camera. It is very true. It’s by engaging in conversation and getting to know each other a little bit better the boundaries are getting broken. The atmosphere of the photo shoot eases up and personalities are getting exposed and defined. That is exactly the moment I use and try to extract the beauty of a person and seize it locked in a portrait forever. Still life photography fascinates me with its never ending challenge. It is a thrill of having a non living matter in front of camera with a shape and form that I can sculpt with light to the stage when it starts to contain a feeling within its image. In product and advertising photography is where that conveyed feeling matters the most. Creating an image that generates specific urge or contains a message is a skill that you never really stop perfecting. The photography as a whole is a craft that one never be able to stop learning. On my path I have been competing in numerous photography competitions. Less and more successful it only motivated me to continue learning the ways to master the art of photography.
