I've always taken pictures - family, memories, vacations - all for prints in picture albums. And I've always loved the photography in magazines - NatGeo-Life. I saw the Art of Photography as a great hobby to learn and add to my other hobbies. And as I'm learning - I'm in awe of the outstanding work of the great photographers on this site.
