Introvert by nature, college physics teacher by trade, astrophysicist by formation, photographer by heart. Started out in photography in the 80s with a Minolta X-700 that I bought with my hard earned teenage money. Entered the Nikon ecosystem with a F75, jumped to the digital world with the Nikon D7000 (I seem to have a thing for camera models with a 7 lol). I did a lot of astrophotography (scientific and esthetic) for 20 some years with CCD cameras at work. Now I'm busy rediscovering pictures I made years ago while I catalog them. Just re-entered the hobby this summer and it gives me great pleasure, like reconnecting with an old friend.
