Francesca Gherro

After classical studies and a degree in law from the University of Padua, I dedicated my life to my main passion that is photography especially street photo and travel photography. I am always seeking speical shots that portray moments of life that would otherwise be lost, fleeting moments that are apparently insignificant to immortalise, perfect coincidences and in particular I love observing and photographing the people around me. Sometimes I feel like a thief of images, but I prefer to see myself as a witness to experiences. Each of my shots is a race against time to capture the fleeting moment that would be lost forever if I didn't manage to click in time. Photographic art allows me to contact other lives on tiptoe: we will never meet again, but that moment will be forever. Wherever we go, whoever we meet... everything is magical randomness, everything is a source of enrichment, but perhaps nothing is by chance.
