Gurdas Dua is a International photographer, Judge & Faculty from India who specializes in pictorial, nature, wildlife and portrait photography. He is a Fellow of India International Photographic Council as well as an Honorary Associate of Photographic Art Society of Pakistan. He is a life member of various photographic councils including the India International Photographic Council, Federation of Indian Photography and Center of advanced photography, Indore, India. He has conducted several highly technical & specialized photographic campaigns for Archeological Survey of India which involved the restoration of 3000 years old Buddha period cave paintings at Bagh caves, India and the documentation of more than 100 ASI listed monuments. Dua also conducted many workshops in India and has been honored as the "Sony Brand Ambassador" by Sony India as an official Sony Mentor and for conducting Sony organized Photographic workshops throughout the country. A winner of various of photographic accolades, he represented India at the FIAP-KODAK International Photo Contest in 1993 at Belgium and led an Indian photographers delegation to Pakistan for "Art for Peace" mission in March 2006. He was also placed amongst top 30 exhibitors of the world by National Geography for year 2008.
