As a teenager, exploring the world around me through a manual SLR and an after-school job at the local camera store, I gained a strong appreciation for photography and the artists who mastered it. Then came college, grad school, work, family ... life. Several decades later, I'm rediscovering the thrill and challenges of photography, and the rewards it brings to people: connections, inspiration, enlightenment.
