I am the better half of 50. I had a Minolta 35mm , I was able to use the meter but did not understand anything else, until I found my first dlsr at a flea market and took a one day course on how to use it in manual mode. I now have two cameras thanks to a lot of garage sales, car boot sales and flea markets. It has been a steep learning curve but I hope I am improving. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
