Hi, My name is Karl and I'm from South East England. I'm a chef by trade, enjoy swimming, the gym, photography, and travel. Since 1997 I have been alternating between work and undertaking long overland journeys. My private challenge is to circumnavigate the globe in 10 journeys, each one at least a year long. By then I feel I would have a better understanding of this plant and her idiosyncrasies. Photographing as I go will help reinvest my memories as being a focal point in their own right.
