I'm a 50 something lady with a passion for photography. I love landscapes, macro and wildlife. At the age of 16 after a holiday in Cornwall with my parents, I complained that the photographs that I had taken were awful and there must be something wrong with the Kodak Instamatic camera I was using. So my father handed me his Edixa camera and light meter. He told me that if I could take some decent photos with it, then he would buy me my own camera for my 21st birthday. I had some of my photographs printed in the local press and exhibited a couple with the local camera club, and so I received a Contax RTS2 camera. We travelled far and wide and I loved it until a few years ago I changed to digital. I now have a Nikon D800 and a D800e together with a few lenses, 2 GoPro's and a DJI Phantom Drone. I'm happy.
