My name is Katri and I took an interest in landscape photography many years ago whilst living and working in Canada. I shot with a tiny point and shoot during my time there. I was able to find great compositions and had many compliments but I felt continually frustrated with not being able to do the scene justice. The beauty of the area escaped my abilities to capture and certainly the camera's abilities. After returning I decided to learn how to photograph better and get a DSLR. I finished an ‘Advanced Diploma in Photography’ in 2014. In the years since I ran my own photography business selling landscape images and photographing weddings, engagements and other milestones for couples and families. I hail from QLD but moved down to beautiful Tasmania early 2018. I also work as a walking guide and when I’m not at work I get out and take landscape pictures as often as possible.
