Based in the heart of Lancashire, I am an amateur photographer driven by a deep appreciation for the quiet beauty of everyday life. To me, photography is art—an expression of perspective, emotion, and storytelling without words. Each image I capture is an attempt to freeze a moment in time, preserving not just what is seen, but what is felt. My work spans both landscapes and street photography, two styles that allow me to explore contrast in its purest form. Through landscapes, I’m drawn to the sweeping countryside, shifting skies, and the ever-changing light that paints familiar scenes in new ways. In street photography, I focus on the unscripted—fleeting interactions, candid expressions, and the subtle details of daily life that often go unnoticed. Over the years, I have worked with a variety of cameras, including Sony and Canon systems, each shaping my approach and understanding of the craft. Today, I mainly shoot with Leica, drawn to its simplicity, precision, and the intentional way it encourages me to engage with each frame. Together, these approaches and tools shape my vision: a blend of stillness and movement, solitude and connection. Whether capturing the calm of open fields or the energy of a busy street, my aim is always the same—to find meaning in the ordinary and share it through the lens.
