I've always enjoyed photography and taking photos. I first got into it by undertaking an extra-curricular course in parallel to my A-Levels. I have pursued a creative career, first in journalism, then PR and now in planning communications., which meant my photography went on a back burner. it came back to the fore when I gave birth to my son and have taken many thousands of photos of him growing up. It was during lockdown that I used photography as an outside interest from the daily difficulties of home-schooling and trying to work at the same time. It was at the end of lockdown that I visited Molesey Photographic Club's annual exhibition and they persuaded me to join their ranks. I've not looked back and have found something I really enjoy, both for the social side and also the actual taking of the photos.
