My sojourn into photography began through a love of aeroplanes (mostly military fast jets) steam locomotives and wild birds. I bought my first 35mm SLR in 1985 and so it began, I was hooked. I've been fortunate to travel the world photographing aircraft and I have been lucky to have had access to places most people don't get too. Those days are over now, I don't travel so much, but there is so much out there to photograph if one takes the time to look. My motto is and always was :- "Every day is a school day".
