I live in Kansas City but Im originally from NY. I have been into photography since the 80's and shot film until 1999. I took a break from Photography for almost 20 years while other hobbys filled the void. In 2020 I decided to try a digital camera and bought a Nikon D3500. I then upgraded my camera to a Nikon D500 and a year later upgraded again to a D850. I imagine I will be mirrorless at some point . I really enjoy wildlife and landscape photography , but I spend more time in the woods than traveling so most my photos are of animals. Favorite things to photograph are turkeys and hummingbirds .
