I got interested in photography when I was 14 years old and used the money from my part time job to buy my first 35mm camera. I bought a Zenith B which had no metering so had to buy a light meter too. Fly next camera was the Zenith E which had a built-in light meter, so much easier. I then changed to Olympus with the OM10 and next was the OM2n, marvellous camera I had for many years until I needed autofocus. I then switched to Nikon and bought the F4s which really was an amazing camera, and my favourite of all time. Then came the jump to digital and I bought the Nikon D200 which was an excellent camera and I kept it for several years until changing to the D300, then the D7000 and finally the full frame D750, a good camera but needed a repair. This was taking months to get done so I got my money back and switched again but this time to the Sony a7iii, an amazing camera and I love using it. My best photographs have been taken with this camera and I’ve top scored many times in my local camera club’s competitions and even top scored in competitions between other camera clubs. Now trying Photocrowd to see if other members like my photos, fingers crossed.
