I have always enjoyed photography ever since I had a Box Brownie when I was at school. Now I am retired I have so many more opportunities to travel and to experience wonderful places. People often ask me what is the best camera. I tell them that it’s the one you have with you 👍 A number of my photos which have been rated highly in contests were taken with iPhones. Photocrowd is encouraging me to revisit the thousands of photos I have on my computer and see them in a new light as I decide if they are worth entering in the competitions. Up till now I have to admit that once taken they have been largely forgotten. Now I just have to look through the thousands of 35mm slides and negatives and decide if I should convert them to digital 😩
