Life is filled with a myriad of experiences –a web of moments that create in each of us a unique perspective of the world. As photographers, we capture moments that will hopefully communicate something greater about existence that connects us universally. Often, as we seek the “perfect moment,” we miss the unexpected. Sometimes we will find those special moments not sought, the moments in between.
For this contest, explore the concept of a lost moment. This could mean revisiting the things we see everyday and finding something completely unexpected, thought provoking, or something new and exciting.

How it works
Every photo submitted will be available for the crowd to rate once the submissions period has ended. You can see all the images uploaded to a contest, but will need to rate them to see how they’re ranked once the rating period begins.
Some contests on Photocrowd also have a judge. After the submission period closes the judge chooses their favourite images and writes some image reviews. The crowd and judge results will be announced on the same day.
