I really enjoyed looking at your image and your choice of a featureless sky which would, in my view, otherwise distract and overload the image. In this case the sky makes the color of the structure pop and allows the eye to appreciate the details of the architecture. I like the lighting of your composition and how the intricate structure is reflected on the water and how the sculpture pops against the dark sky.

I might have cropped it a bit tighter on the left to avoid the leading lines of the sculpture and the concrete divider lead my eyes away from the subject to the two columns and the brighter part of the sky.
