Shooting against a plain background is the best method we have for bringing the viewer’s attention onto our subject alone, and the white background is as straightforward and clean as you can get. It’s the colour you’ll most likely have at your disposal in a studio, where walls are usually white, and even outdoors there is usually a white wall with some degree of cleanliness not too far away. Any subject is allowed.
