Amazing festivals

Fantastic image and a deserving winner. From the timing to capture the expression, the depth through repetition and fantastic composition this image has it all. It's no easy feat photograph festivals well. Fast-pace and crowds make for very difficult shooting conditions so well done.

Really love the way this image draws you into the scene and makes you feel like you are part of proceedings. The tones and textures really work and add a lot to the image beside being pleasant on the eye.

I love how this image appears to be moving. Great use of light, composition ad technique really made this image stand out. It was important to have the subject's eyes pin-sharp to provide the pop that was needed. Great job.

A very powerful image and very well executed. The layers of red smoke in the foreground truly extenuate the subject and give the viewer a very strong sense of what might be happening in the scene. Great composition and use of light.
