Meet the judge
This is a classic view of this location but this is one of the best I have seen! You have captured the symmetry of the building perfectly and this is emphasised by the asymmetry introduced by the two diminutive foreground figures and the ever so slightly offset free standing advertising poster with the figure.
These inter crossing escalators form a very dynamic image and you have placed them perfectly in the picture space. The number and placing of the people is also just right and the man centre left looking down is so well caught!. The range of tones is great showing expert knowledge of B&W photography!

This image works for me on a number of levels. I see 3 distinct horizontal bands. The main one being the wooden walkway to the fishing hut with the lead in from the left hand side. Then we see the small but compositionally very significant narrow band on the horizon were sea meets sky, The third band is the sky itself with that wonderfull lone cloud perfectly positioned. The greyed out sea has removed any waves that may have been present which would have distracted from the image. I love the way the eye comes in from the left, along the walkway to the wonderfully lit hut and then onto the cloud. Magic!
