Badgers

Congratulations for getting into my top 10. I love how you have captured a brilliant expression on the badgers face. Also their are some lovely tones to this image. It is well focused and there is a nice depth of field. I think you may have made it a little higher in my top 10 but I find some of the strands of grass slightly distracting. Especially the one on the black area of its neck. I think with the removal of that, it would make the perfect image! Well done!

Congratulations on 4th place. This is a well deserved top 10 image because of how different it is. I love that you have managed to capture a badger coming out of a box, rather than being shot in its usual setting of woodlands or by water. How adorable that it has its little paw peeping out the box too. I think you have done well with the exposure because the badger could have easily got lost against the dark shadow of the inside of the box. Well done!

Congrats for getting into my top 10. There was not too many images of close ups of badgers so I have to say well done for getting one. I think the high contrast used really emphasises how badgers are commonly associated with black and white and really makes for a striking image. Well done.

Congrats for getting into my top 10! This is a wonderful badger image with a fantastic depth of field. I love that the leaves are out of focus as well as the background. Also the shallow depth of field really helps give an extra fluffy appearance to the badger. Well done!
