Bald Eagle

I really like this photo. You have captured this magnificent bird in an amazing setting.this was a difficult photo, considering the snow and dark comparisons. It looks like you have snow reflected from your lens. I think I would have tried to address this in the post process. This is one to be proud of. I wouldn’t mind having something like this hanging on my wall. Well done

The bald eagle is a magestic bird that you have captured well. There are approximately 5000 breeding pairs at the moment, so capturing them was a real treat. I would have liked to see them as a closer shot with more clarity but this is just a personal preference for me. Great capture and experience.

You have captured this portrait very well. I love the background and how it compliments the colour of this bird of prey. If I was doing this, I might have tried to bring out the clarity a little more, particularly in the feathers at the bottom of the picture but this is only a personal preference. Well done.

This photo had me intrigued. I loved the pose and the way you have captured its authority. For me, I would have liked to see less shadow, which might have helped capture more of the detail. I would also liked to have seen slightly more exposure. This might just be the way it is seen on the screen. However, a lovely photograph.

Great capture. I love the way the light hits this eagle and the pose that you have managed to obtain. I kept looking at this phot but couldn’t decide if it would look better with or without the snow, due to the stark contrast? I think if there had have been snow on the trees it might have been better. Nevertheless, a photo to be proud of.

I was totally hooked on this photo. The lighting and determination of the eagle shines through in every way. Very clever use of sky to sea. The transparency in the reflection is used cleverly emphasising the vibrancy and movement of this great eagle.great capture. Well done.
