Black and Yellow

Firstly thank you for entering my challenge. What appeals to me mostly is the fantastic use of lines and symmetry- this draws one into the focal point of the image- the coffee cup. the sunshine yellow and dark black work well and tend to compliment the slightly different hue of the cup thus not overwelming the focal point. Congrats and well done!

Firstly, thank you for entering my challenge. The stark yellow and black work well here but the slightly lighter shades and shadow cast on the steps are also extremely appealing. I find that the rail also tends to draw my attention in more so than if it was absent. Congrats and well done!

Firstly thank you foe entering my challenge. What appeals tp me mostly about this image is once again the stark contrast between black and yellow- this is very striking. The shadow cast of the steps also enhances the overall attraction of the image. Most appealing is the circular object on the right which proves that other shapes can compliment symmetry and lines in a perfect fashion.Congrats and well done!..x

What appeals to me mostly is the black and white cast of the woman and simply her position- as if trying to hold up or feel the grungy texture of the wall.
