The picture is the most consistent with the contest topic for me. An example of the beauty the photographer found in boring. Repeating objects evoke an oppressive feeling. At the same time, it is difficult to take your eyes off the picture - the photograph is fascinating.

The picture looks like an applique, with windows cut out on black paper. The gray buildings in the distance give depth, and the smoke from the chimney gives dynamics, Good decision to take the pic in black and white, and a great work overall.

Exploring the interest we can find in buildings that many would call boring, but others might say are merely understated, more focussed on function than form, and probably a lot more economical to build.
