Butterflies

Congrats on this wonderful image! I love the background which almost - but not quite - matches the pattern of the butterfly. The hint of light on the mesh is a perfect element to th image as well. Congrats. again and I hope to see more from you.

Thank you for entering this image. I originally started this competition to see how people are documenting butterflies and this is type of image I imagined would be the perfect shot. Wonderful to see the patterns on the wing and the colour of butterfly blends well with both the background and the grain stock. Kudos, Congrats. and thanks again for entering your image.

Lovely capture. The black and white of the image gives the image depth. And the capture of the butterflies in flight is a perfect element for the image. The hint of light through the wings fo the butterflies highlights the details of the wings too. Kudos and congrats.

Lovely image. It is wonderful to see pattern of the butterfly's wings and the placement on the flower. The detail of the antenna is great to see and the lighting is perfect. The fading colours of the background gives the image depth too. Kudos and Congrats.

Perfect image. Capturing the butterfly while it was resting on the flower shows the complete pattern on the wings and the fade of the background colour of yellow and green blends well together. Nice detail of the antenna and the body of butterfly too. Kudos.
