This photograph is somehow simple an decadent at the same time!  The specular highlights on the chocolate ganache are absolutely stunning, and the cake and the focus on the front strawberry is lovely.  Even though there aren't many elements, the shot is still really nicely composed..

I love how this photograph immediately tells a story.  The backlighting on the mochi is gorgeous and the way you have captured the steam coming off of them is just beautiful.  I also appreciate the composition hinting at just enough of a background that we can get a glimpse of the world going on around them.  Lovely photo!
