In this contest I would like to see your best photographs of canal tunnels and bridges. Canal tunnels were typically built to help the canal waterway cross a difficult section of terrain and reduce the dependency on locks, but shorter tunnels and bridges are also to be found where footpaths, railways or roads cross a canal. Your entries may be taken within the tunnel or under the bridge itself, or outside on the canal towpath, as long as the tunnel or bridge is clearly visible. Colour and monochrome photographs are both welcome.
