Beautiful details in this image and the zoom effect adding impact. Technically it is vey good with sharp details of the drivers hand and dashboard, complimented with the sense of dynamism of the zoom effect. Strong colours and complimentary colour palette throughout, with strong diagonal lines that pull the viewer through the image to the vehicle in the distance.
This image is very eye catching and has excellent elements that come together as whole to make an interesting picture. The composition of the car in the frame works well, and the supporting features of the mountains add a sense of drama. the height the photographer has taken the picture from is spot on, as it allows the car to occupy its own space in the snow with nothing breaking into its lines and isolating it. The shadow details form a solid base for the eye to wander up from and enjoy the car and the distant mountains, adding depth to the picture.

**This contest is open to photographers ranked 1001+ in this week’s <a href="https://www.photocrowd.com/photographer-community/">Leaderboard</a>.** These last 100 or so years have seen our world transformed by many things, and not least the car. Whilst 1886 is credited as its birth year, courtesy of German inventor Carl Benz, it wasn’t until the Ford Model T rolled off the lines in 1908 that automobile ownership for the masses started in earnest. As the new era of electric cars picks up pace, let’s see how you’ve photographed cars of any era, and their impact on our lives.
