Columns in Architecture

Brief

Please show me your best photographs that feature one or more architectural columns from any period of history. In architecture columns are typically vertical cylindrical structures which usually serve as supporting elements however they may also be nonstructural and used for decorative purposes or as freestanding monuments. The columns that you show may be on the inside or outside of buildings. Colour and monochrome entries are both welcome.
