An excellent image where the complementaries blue and orange help to bring a photo to life. I like the abstract pattern of the blue tiles in the water and particularly the faint circular water pattern that emanates from the floatation, this helps to convey movement. But most of all I like the stance of women and the disturbed water reenforcing this impression of movement. To complement the orange further the infant also has a blue top and hat. Well done and congratulations on being in my top ten selection.
I love the impression of movement in this image. I see that you have tagged the photo as a double exposure and I am intrigued how you achieved this result in two exposers. The translucent effect on the Iris petal says double exposure.. Another way to achieve this look would be by moving the flowers and using second curtain sync. The choice of Iris and Daffodil make an excellent complementary pairing and I congratulate you on a great result. Well done and congratulations on being in my top ten selection.
This image differs from most of the other images of green frogs in this competition. The dominant colour is red, complemented by it's understudy green. No colour draws our attention more than red and hence we are naturally attracted to this photo. The frog sitting on top of a red Gerbera is an attractive image but you have taken another step and added a red mist with white bokeh. This has been carefully done to produce a well balanced image. Congratulations on being my number one selection.

For this contest I would like to see your best photos using two complementary colours. These are colours that sit opposite each other on the colour wheel (colour circle). Examples are blue and orange, red and green, purple and yellow or any two colours that sit opposite each other on the colour wheel. You may use any subject. Other colours may be present but please make sure that the two complementary colours are dominant.
