Composition - living on the edge

<b>Please read the brief carefully</b> This experiment in compositional technique is asking for images where the main focus of the shot has been placed on or near the edges of the frame. Whilst it may seem counter-intuitive, placing the most important subject near the edge can be surprisingly effective in drawing the viewer’s eye to it. It can work best when a large amount of empty (‘negative’) space is present in the scene, and as a bit of a challenge to the conventional compositional rules it can make for an interesting and engaging approach.
