Dark And Gothic

Dark yes gothic no, so doesn't quite fit the brief. That said it has an air of mystery to it, light enough to establish outlines which in turn creates the mystery of the rooms contents and its owner. The image is very open to interpretation of the story behind it. Well Done.

This caught my eye from very early on and just oozes darkness with a gothic twist. He reminds me of Lurch from The Adams Family which I think adds the Gothic element here. This does get the observer asking questions of who, where, why and what, creating great mystery too. Congratulations.

I would have loved to have put this in the top 10 purely on its dark content, but I had to stay true to the brief and I felt it lacked a gothic element or twist, hence being commended. These sorts of images are my kind of thing and are very popular on the dark repost hubs on instagram. Well done great imagination.

Top wizardry marks for the edit here fortunately you had some good clean lines to work with. If you had not been honest with you synopsis of the image I am sure you would be fielding questions on its location. Great use of burn and dodge here. Well put together image.

Very well crafted image that meets the brief well. The post work on the skin is flawless and the models connection with the camera is super. I am going to be picky here as this stopped me from placing it higher, but the placed studs to the throat and chest lack some symmetry. I would imagine that it was tricky not only placing these but keeping them in place. Well done quality work.
