Eagles in Close Up

The Bateleur Eagle is a unique bird with its vibrant reddish face and dark black feathers is simply wonderful. The bokeh and tones of this photo stand out and the clarity of the eyes and the closeup is great.

I am happy to award this photo the top prize because it stood out from the crowd on multiple levels.
