Fashion - clothing, footwear, lifestyle, accessories, makeup, hairstyle, and body posture that are specific to a particular period or place. In photography we tend to think of portraiture, often full-length, that is advertising clothing or beauty products, and gracing the pages of a magazine or a billboard. And for this contest we’re focussing on just that - fashion portraiture that has that look of an advert or a magazine spread. It might be straight, it might be quirky, but it is likely to look deliberate, with a focus on what the subject is wearing, and very much not a snapshot.
