There is a great mood in this image. The contrasting colours of orange and blue are some of the most powerful colours you can have in food photography. The book brings added interest and intrigue to the image. However, you do want to be mindful of the book taking up such a large portion of the image, so as not to confuse the viewers as what's the main subject and most important take-away from the image. Some negative space could assist here.

There are a lot of winning elements in this image. Beautiful lighting and combination of tonal and colour contrast. Depth, details and textures to allow the viewer to really sink their teeth into. Especially the use of layers, it's really powerful and creates movements and interest. Well done.

There is beautiful light in this image, lots of interesting shapes and colours to look at. New textures and deatils every time I look at the image. There is enough movement in this image without it being too overpowering. Well done.

I like how this image and styling is thinking outside of the box. There is a good amount of breathing room in this image, with different shapes, colours and textures to draw in the viewer. Repeating patterns are a powerful composition technique, however you do want to strike a balance between when it creates distracting patterns vs enhancing.

The patterns, shapes and repetition make this very simple subject interesting and something unexpected. The contrasting colour of bright green and hot pink are the perfect combination. This subject takes on a whole new meaning and provides enough detail to keep the viewer more and more interseted as they continue to engage with the image.

I love the repetition in this image, the tonal contrast and textures. There is a lot of interesting features and details to look at in this image. There feels like there is always something new to discover. The final post-processing is also done well.
