Fungi is one of our planet's oldest and most fascinating life forms. Existing for millions of years, they've evolved into an extraordinary and varied range of species. This diversity of shapes, colours and sizes present nature photographers with all kinds of striking possibilities. That is, as long as you don't mind searching in some dark and damp places to find them! Remember to keep your eyes open below trees, under leaves and amongst undergrowth of forests. Happy hunting!
