Hidden Gem Locations

Congratulations on being the winner of this competition.

You understood the assignment in my eyes of finding a true hidden gem, this is what I was after - Beautiful colours, love how you have framed this piece, not much editing needed and you can really grasp how decollate the location is.

My only advice would be to lower your ISO, its way more powerful than you think, as the highlights are real blown out, other than that, you have captured the shadows perfectly, thank you for entering.

You have understood the assignment perfectly in my opinion, a special place with friends/family, candidly taken image which is perfectly cantered using the moon to really dominate that negative space, a truly hidden gem.

My only piece of advice would probably be to kneel down and get a better vantage point for framing, getting more of the ground you're on to get that feeling of height.

Really good understanding of how proportion works, although not in focus, I can tell that this place is special - Love the colours, the use of the reflection and how you have cantered this image, thoroughly impressed.

My only piece of advice is probably start to get used to using a tripod, using the safety lanyard around your neck to stabilize shots or using a higher shutter speed.
