Hygge (pronounced hue-gah) is the Danish concept of living well and living simply. It's an idea that has come to prominence recently as people have begun realise the benefits of making the ordinary special and comforting, just through being truly present. Hygge can be something as everyday as a cosy evening in or a perfectly-timed cup of tea, but the feeling is always the same. Simple home comforts.
