In-Camera Blur using Creative Lens or Freelensing

Brief

For this contest I would like see your photos taken with a creative lens like lensbaby or with freelensing, where a detached lens is held in front of the camera for creative effects. Use of other things like prisms is also allowed. Please only submit photos where the blur effect was achieved in-camera, not in post-processing. I hope you have a fun with the contest.
