Indigenous peoples

This contest is about indigenous peoples still existing around the world, such as tribes of Africa, native people of Asia or homogeneous populations of south or central America. Images should show those ethnic groups which are the original inhabitants of the region, having historical continuity, in contrast to groups that have settled, occupied or colonized their area in few last hundreds of years. The most important thing is to capture the essence of their character, uniqueness of their lifestyle, their culture and their festivities. Photos could be in colour or black and white, but not panoramic.
