Blurring in photography isn't always the result of a shaky hand or an out of focus lens. Sometimes, blur can be just the component you need in your pictures, whether to draw attention to the abstract beauty of pattern or give the impression of motion, among other things. Sharpness has its place, but it's not in this contest. Get creative and let's see what you can do!
