Intentional Camera Movement (ICM) as the title suggests, is a technique in which the photographer moves the camera in one direction or another whilst the shutter is open. The is used for creative and artistic effect. It can be used in any genre of photography, but is particular popular when capturing landscape images. e.g: The image in the above challenge banner was taken by selecting a shutter speed of 1/8th sec. and panning the camera upwards whilst the shutter was open. For this challenge there's no restriction of subject matter, as long as Intentional Camera Movement technique is employed to creative effect to capture the image.
