My curiosity was peaked wondering what could have landed in the bowel so violently as to set it in motion and disrupt the flour so. Exposure was great, with little detail lost in all the white. This photograph was not only well composed,warm and colorful, it captured my curiosity and made me think about the wonderful conversations that are often had over coffee. Focus, exposure and depth of field were spot on to set the stage. It looks like a well used gadget in your kitchen. I'm not sure that is coffee bubbling over, but I feel an overwhelming desire to go make a cup of joe.

The shallow depth of field and camera angle make it look as though the whisk is pushing through the eggs and into the counter itself. A great display of this kitchen tool. Well done.

Thank you for entering your photograph in the Kitchen Tools and Gadgets contest! I enjoy looking at the various colours of the tomatoes, the reflection and, of course, the knife in the cutting block. Two kitchen tools well placed. The composition was well thought out and exposure and depth of field gave me the sense that I could almost reach in and grab one of the tomatoes! I only wish that one of the tomatoes would have been sliced open near the knife.
