This image had me drawn to the colourful purple heather straight away. With the sun shining brightly, you've picked the colours up well. The tarmac road provides a nice contrast to the scene. Great photo.

This image was always going to be in my top ten as soon as I saw it. I loved the reflections and clouds - so crisp and clear - sea and sky. The panorama was a great thought to add more to the photograph. A worthy winner

Great Iphone shot of the Old Man of Storr. Goes to show you don't need a traditional style camera to get a good quality photo. I like the crisp reflections in Loch Fada and you had great weather conditions for it. as well.

A lovely traditional Hebridean sea view. I liked the turquoise sea and clouds contrasting against the blue sky.

This was always going to be in my top ten alongside the Uist Lochs photo. I love the reflections and the evening / morning colours against the dramatic landscape. The water clarity of the Loch also adds to the photo. A worthy top ten photo.

.Lovely colours on the dramatic landscape. Definitely hits my chosen competition title of landscapes of wild Scotland. You picked the best time of day for the photo and have inspired me to get up there when I'm next visiting Skye.

Lovely stag shot. I was surprised not to get more stags submitted as they are quite symbolic of wild Scotland. He's nice and sharp and stands out against the wild landscape behind. Nicely done and a worthy top ten photo.

I loved the reflections in this photo. Its often something I have a go at up whilst in my travels in Scotland. You had perfect weather and the contrast of the clouds against the blue sky add to the photo especially reflected on the beach.

I am looking for your best landscapes shots taken from wild Scotland. From wild, I mean no civilisation just unspoilt scenery. Scotland has plenty of this from all over the Highlands, Hebrides, Shetland, Orkney just to name a few areas. Scotland looks good whatever the weather so I don't just want to see sunny photos, it can look just as good in atmospheric misty and wet conditions. I look forward to seeing all of your entries.

Very dramatic photo.. I've seen and attempted to photograph lots of scenes like this on my own visits to the Hebrides but you've captured it very well indeed. I like the dark sky contrasting against the surf of the waves
