It is very unusual to see people as a lead in line/feature, but this image just captures that so well. The b/w conversion works well and the image presented shows a typical scene on the train platform, where people are together but isolated, using phones, reading papers, in their own little world and not engaging with each other, well seen and well captured, well done

This road would not normally attract my attention as a lead in line, however the multi-coloured lines have produced a striking image that has impact, beautiful colours and detail. It draws your eye straight down the centre of the image disappearing into the background, it is a pity that at the end of the coloured lines there is not a more interesting item to focus on, but well seen and well captured, well done

This image has a typical snaking lead in line, taking the eye through the picture and exposing the colours, mainly the brown/autumnal path and the green verges. The trees provide a muted backdrop canvas. There are some lovely sunlight shining through the trees producing very nice shadows on the path, this picture is all about the path and the mystery of where it leads, well done
This image is very eye catching with the viewers eye being drawn by the handrails on both sides straight down the centre of the image. The image works very well in monochrome and the figure at the rear of the image gives a sense of scale. The rear end is just starting to get blown out and distracts the eye just a little, well seen and well done
