**Open to photographers with a ranking outside the top 1000. There are two other 'Leaves' contests currently open to other ranks. Take a look at the <a href="https://www.photocrowd.com/leaderboard/">leaderboard</a> for more information on Photocrowd rankings.** Leaves make for beautiful and interesting subjects, thanks to their diverse colours, shapes and patterns. Leaves can be shot outdoors, against the backdrop of a crisp, blue sky, or indoor against a backlight. They can be shot macro or en masse; black and white or with a particular exposure. Make the most of the changes in the seasons to capture some fascinating shots of leaves!
