You picked an excellent shutter speed for everything to gel nicely in this shot. The soft pastel colors captured in the sky are very nice and the water motion is perfectly timed to give this a Top 10 finish. I like that you chose to center the pier as well to give a sense of symmetry of the moving water. Congrats on a job well done!
Outstanding job with this shot. This is exactly what I envisioned when choosing to have a seascape contest. Everything is captured perfectly and the colors are very pleasant to the eye as well. The coupling of the waves coming in and the silkiness of the water on the beach make this the clear number 1 pick. Congratulations!

I really like the long shutter speed you chose for this shot to give it a mystical fog type look in the channel. The colors of the moss also contrast the rock very nicely and are pleasing to the eye. The water motion coupled with the swirly pattern and sharpness you maintained throughout the shot makes this a Top 10 image. Congrats!
